Hackuity Raises $19M Series B To Automate Vulnerability Triage With AI

French cybersecurity startup Hackuity has closed a $19 million Series B led by Forgepoint Capital, bringing total funding to $38 million as enterprises drown in AI-generated vulnerability findings that legacy scanners can no longer keep pace with.

Ragaru Positions Hackuity As The Ops Layer For A Vulnerability Tsunami

Founded in 2018 by CEO Patrick Ragaru, Lyon-based Hackuity aggregates raw findings from more than 130 security tools — vulnerability scanners, cloud posture products, EDR, application security testing, and asset inventory — then normalises and enriches them with threat intelligence and business context. Its True Risk Score engine prioritises what to patch first, and its orchestration layer routes fixes to the right SecOps, IT, and DevOps owners. Ragaru framed the raise as a response to what he calls an AI-driven "vulnerability tsunami," with autonomous code assistants and expanded attack surfaces multiplying the number of exploitable flaws every quarter.

Forgepoint Leads, Joined By Bpifrance, Bright Pixel And Seventure

Forgepoint Capital, a cybersecurity-focused US firm whose portfolio includes companies acquired by Palo Alto Networks and Cisco, led the round. Returning investors Bpifrance, Bright Pixel Capital and Seventure Partners joined, giving Hackuity a mix of European strategic capital and US operational expertise. The company will use the funds to accelerate development of its vulnerability operations platform, strengthen its AI-native automation capabilities, and expand commercial teams in North America, the DACH region and Asia-Pacific.

Timing Aligns With Booming AI-Security Funding

The raise lands as AI-native security remains one of the most crowded and best-funded corners of enterprise software. Crunchbase reported cybersecurity startup funding held at robust levels through the first half of 2026, with AI-powered defense automation attracting outsized cheques as regulators, insurers and boards demand faster remediation times. Hackuity's pitch is that scanners are not the bottleneck — human triage is — and that an AI-driven operations layer can turn a firehose of alerts into an actionable, business-aware backlog.
