Alocity raised a Series A round led by a private investor group to scale Aimee, its AI Operator that unifies access control, video and workflows for enterprise buildings.

Alocity Closes Series A To Build The AI Operator For Physical Spaces

Alocity, the Pembroke Pines-based provider of an AI operating system for physical spaces, announced the successful completion of its Series A round on July 21, 2026, led by a private investor group alongside founder and CEO Marco Quintero.

An AI Operator, Not Another Dashboard

At the center of the platform is Aimee, Alocity's AI Operator for Physical Spaces. Rather than clicking through disconnected security applications, operators simply describe what they want to accomplish; Aimee reasons across connected systems, executes authorized actions and maintains a full audit trail. Access control, embedded AI video intelligence, visitor management, intercom communications and intelligent workflows all live inside a single conversational experience.

Modernizing Without Ripping And Replacing

Unlike platforms that require full infrastructure swaps, Alocity was designed to unlock the value of what customers already own. Deep integration with Mercury Security controllers preserves the industry's most widely deployed access-control fabric, while the NVIDIA-powered AiVR (Alocity's AI-embedded Digital Video Recorder) adds embedded AI to existing cameras via secure local processing. Together they let organisations modernize both access control and video while protecting their prior investment.

Where The Money Goes

The capital will accelerate product innovation, expand engineering, sales and marketing organisations, and scale a growing network of security integration partners. 'For decades, people had to understand how their software worked,' Quintero said. 'The next generation of software understands how people work. That's the future we built Aimee to deliver.'

Alocity's raise lands alongside a wave of AI security financings this month, including Onyx Security's $113M Series B and ThreatLocker's $190M Series F, underscoring investor appetite for platforms that keep enterprises in control as autonomous AI expands.
