Cyera Locks In $400M Series G Extension To Bet On AI-Agent Security

Cyera raised $400M at a $12B+ valuation with sole lead Goldman Sachs, and launched Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint to police AI agents inside the enterprise.

Cyera Locks In $400M Series G Extension To Bet On AI-Agent Security

Data-security unicorn Cyera has pulled in a fresh $400 million Series G extension led by Goldman Sachs, valuing the four-year-old company at more than $12 billion barely three months after Evolution Equity Partners marked it at the same level. The new capital lands as Cyera pivots from data-mapping into a full-stack AI-agent security company.

The Round At A Glance

Cyera CEO Yotam Segev disclosed the raise on September 22, 2026, describing Goldman Sachs as sole lead. The topline more than doubles the equity Cyera has raised since June, taking total funding well past the $1.5 billion mark on public filings. The company said the fresh capital will fund product build-out around AI agents and pay down integration costs from an earlier $1 billion acquisition of nonhuman-identity specialist Oasis Security.

Two Products That Reset The Pitch

Alongside the round, Cyera launched Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint. Agent Guardian catalogs every AI agent touching enterprise data, flags dangerous over-broad permissions and can block risky agents mid-flight. Cyera Endpoint runs on employee laptops to stop private data being pasted into consumer copilots and to throttle unauthorized data movement.

Segev told investors the two SKUs, plus the Oasis-fueled nonhuman-identity module, form what he calls "the first control plane for the agentic enterprise." The playbook echoes moves by Palo Alto Networks and Comp AI.

Why Goldman Wrote The Check

Goldman was already an existing investor via its private-markets arm and, according to sources cited by SiliconANGLE, tripled its position at the same $12B mark set in June. The bank has been staking out data-security as an IPO-adjacent theme — Cyera has told bankers it expects to file for a public listing in 2027, subject to market conditions.

What Investors Get For $12B

Cyera is on track for more than $500 million in annualized recurring revenue, up from about $200 million a year ago, and now protects data at more than 40 percent of the Fortune 100. Its bet is that every AI agent an enterprise turns on becomes another audit target — one that neither classic DLP nor identity providers can currently see.
