The humanoid robots feature bipedal mobility designed for human-scale factory environments, eliminating the need for extensive infrastructure modifications. Each unit includes dexterous manipulation systems capable of handling varied manufacturing components and computer vision for real-time quality control.
Schaeffler operates over 200 production sites globally, manufacturing bearings, transmission systems, and automotive components. The robots will initially focus on assembly line tasks, material handling, and inspection processes that require human-like dexterity.
