QuantHealth Raises $45M Series B To Simulate Clinical Trials Before Enrollment

Tel Aviv's QuantHealth closed a $45M Series B led by Qumra Capital with Pitango HealthTech, Sanofi Ventures and Bertelsmann Healthcare Investments to scale its in-silico platform that predicts patient response before enrollment.

QuantHealth Raises $45M Series B To Simulate Clinical Trials Before Enrollment

QuantHealth, a Tel Aviv-based AI clinical trial simulation platform, raised $45 million in Series B funding on August 4, taking total funding to roughly $70M. The round was led by Qumra Capital with participation from Pitango HealthTech, Sanofi Ventures, Artofin Venture Capital Fund, Bertelsmann Healthcare Investments, GC Ventures, NewHealth Ventures, Shoni Top Ventures and Esplanade Ventures.

What The Simulator Does

QuantHealth's in-silico platform models drug-patient response before any patient is enrolled, letting sponsors optimize protocol design, indication selection, enrollment strategy and market forecasting. Trained on data covering 350 million patient lives, 100,000 drug data elements and 180,000 curated trial results, the platform reports 88% predictive accuracy on Phase 2 outcomes and 83% on Phase 3, well above the industry average success rates of 28.9% and 57.8%. QuantHealth says it now partners with 12 of the world's top 20 pharmaceutical companies across oncology, cardiometabolic and inflammatory disease programs.

Use Of Proceeds

Founder and CEO Orr Inbar says the capital will accelerate R&D on next-generation clinical AI models, expand therapeutic-area coverage and datasets, grow the commercial team and deepen scientific validation. QuantHealth has already reported a case in which the simulator ran 350+ trials with 90% accuracy for a top-10 pharma, delivering $31.4M in savings.

A Busy Week For AI Healthcare

The Series B lands in a week of dense AI-in-medicine funding: Function Health raised $450M for preventive care, and last month's HappyRobot $150M Series C underlined investor appetite for vertical AI agents. For QuantHealth, the pitch is capital efficiency: 90% of clinical-stage drugs fail, and 75% of failures owe to efficacy or safety issues that a validated simulator could catch before a sponsor commits patients or budget.
