Enterprise AI platform Skan AI on August 12, 2026 announced $63 million in funding co-led by Cathay Innovation and Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from Citi Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, State Farm Ventures and Wipro Ventures. The Menlo Park company launched its full enterprise platform alongside the round.
A context graph of enterprise work
Skan AI captures and distils billions of real work signals — sequences, judgement calls, exception paths — from the actual systems employees use, producing what CEO Avinash Misra calls a "context graph of work" for AI agents. "Everyone is obsessed with building a better car," Misra said. "We think the bigger opportunity is building a better navigation system."
Three products, one platform
The general-availability launch anchors on three products: Skan AI Blueprint discovers and prioritises AI opportunities across legacy and regulated workflows most tools cannot reach; Skan AI Intelligence gives leaders process benchmarking and workforce management; and Skan AI Agents execute autonomously against the customer's observed work context. In one top US bank, Skan says it processed 11.2 million context switches across 1,500 finance professionals, cutting cost per transaction 32% and delivering $18M in annualised savings.
NVIDIA, Cathay and Dell weigh in
Skan AI is powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise and NIM microservices. Cathay Innovation partner Simon Wu called enterprise work context "the foundational infrastructure layer for enterprise AI, the same way CRM became the system of record for customer relationships." Skan says it grew more than 300% year-on-year with 150% net dollar retention, and now serves seven of the ten largest US banks. The round brings the seven-year-old company's total funding to roughly $120M and follows recent enterprise-AI deals like Lovable's $400M Series C.
