Apple Q3 2026: Revenue Hits Record $109.4B, iPhone $54.3B

Apple on Thursday reported the strongest June quarter in its history: fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of $109.4 billion, up 16% year-over-year, with net income of $29.8 billion and diluted EPS of $2.02, up 29%.

Every Segment Grew Double Digits

iPhone revenue reached $54.3 billion, Mac contributed $10.4 billion, iPad added $6.2 billion, Wearables/Home/Accessories brought in $7.9 billion, and Services set another record at $30.7 billion. CEO Tim Cook said Apple posted "double-digit revenue growth across iPhone, Mac and Services, and in every geographic segment."

Siri AI, Apple Intelligence Take Center Stage

Cook framed the quarter around Apple's new AI stack: "At WWDC26, we were thrilled to introduce the all-new Siri AI, alongside all of Apple's latest software innovations and important new child-safety features." Apple leans on its AFM 3 foundation models and Private Cloud Compute for on-device and hybrid inference, and continues to spend on custom silicon rather than the hyperscale GPU builds funding Amazon's $169B capex run.

Record Installed Base And Cash Machine

CFO Kevan Parekh said Apple set "new June quarter records for both EPS and operating cash flow" and that the installed base of active devices hit a new all-time high across every product category and geography. Apple generated roughly $117 billion in operating cash flow through the first nine months of fiscal 2026, versus $81.8 billion a year earlier - keeping fuel in the tank for buybacks, dividends and the company's ongoing $30 billion Broadcom chip commitment.
