Bellevue-based supply chain AI startup Auger has raised a $50 million Series B led by Eclipse with existing investor Oak HC/FT participating, the company disclosed on July 9, 2026. The round takes total funding to $150 million for a company that co-founder and CEO Dave Clark, the former Amazon worldwide consumer chief, launched in 2024 with a bet that generic AI models cannot run a global supply chain on their own.
An operating system, not another dashboard
Auger sits on top of an enterprise's existing ERP, warehouse management, transportation management and demand planning tools, unifying the data into a single operating layer and then acting on it. Agents built on the company's proprietary supply chain "ontology" make routine reallocation and prioritisation decisions and push updated plans back to source systems; humans are only pulled in for exceptions. "We're not really a tool," Clark told GeekWire. "We're really the new employee."
Meta, Fanatics and Kimberly-Clark already onboard
Auger has grown to about 130 employees and now counts Meta's virtual and augmented reality division, sports merchandise giant Fanatics and consumer products maker Kimberly-Clark as paying customers, with another eight to 10 in contracts or pilots. At Fanatics, roughly 85 percent of the decisions in the process Auger manages are running autonomously today, with a stated goal of mid-90s. In March Microsoft named Auger a premier supply chain partner on Microsoft Fabric, and the company's product runs on Azure.
Playing for half of US GDP
Clark, who spent 23 years at Amazon before a short-lived stint as CEO of Flexport, said Auger raised early to keep the founding team focused on customer onboarding through the fall. Eclipse partner Jiten Behl joined Auger's board alongside Clark, president and CFO Alex Ceballos and Oak HC/FT's Matt Streisfeld. The valuation was roughly double Auger's Series A. Clark's stated goal is to have half of US GDP flowing through Auger's platform by 2030 with revenue over $1 billion. It slots into a broader wave of agentic enterprise raises, alongside Bunkerhill Health's Series B, the $130M Emergent unicorn round and Oak's $60M identity seed.
