Boston-based AI observability company Coralogix, founded in Israel, has closed a $200 million Series F at a $1.6 billion post-money valuation, doubling down on the bet that the rise of autonomous AI agents will reshape monitoring, troubleshooting and incident response.

Inside The Round

The round was co-led by global private equity firm Advent International and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), with participation from Greenfield Partners and Brighton Park Capital. Including this round, Coralogix has raised $550 million to date and only 11 months have passed since its $115 million Series E, a pace that underscores how aggressively capital is flowing into AI infrastructure.

What Coralogix Does

Coralogix ingests logs, metrics, traces and security telemetry from production systems, then layers its Olly conversational AI, an MCP server, and a CLI on top to let AI agents and engineers investigate incidents together. The company processes petabytes of production data daily across eight regions and serves more than 5,000 customers including IBM, Tradeweb and JFrog.

AI Agents Are Reshaping Observability

CEO and co-founder Ariel Assaraf told TechCrunch the interface layer of observability is being eroded: more than half of Coralogixs enterprise customers now reach the platform through Olly or their own AI models rather than dashboards. As AI agents start running real production tasks the same trend driving Microsofts MAI-Code-1 Flash launch in GitHub Copilot and Experians agent OS with ServiceNow the value of full-fidelity telemetry that they can query rises sharply.

Where The Money Goes

Coralogix will use the funding to expand AI-native products, telemetry infrastructure and global enterprise sales. Revenue grew 60%+ year-over-year, with about 30 customers spending more than $1M per year, and the company has been over $100M ARR for more than a year. The Series F is positioning Coralogix to operate with the financial discipline of a public company alongside other AI-infrastructure listings on deck like Anthropics confidential S-1 filing.
