Austin-based Wetour Robotics (NASDAQ: WETO) has entered its largest commercial agreement to date, a 24-month multi-site framework valued at up to US$20 million to install Orchestra, its wearable physical AI stack, across as many as 20 U.S. warehouse locations for an international trade and logistics customer.
A Repeatable Site-Level Model For Physical AI
Under the initial deployment, warehouse workers will pair Orchestra with Wetour's Conductor neural wristband and VisionLink visual intelligence module to support hands-free task execution, workflow confirmation, situational awareness and human-machine coordination. The Company said the framework also generates synchronized visual, neuromuscular, workflow and equipment-interaction data intended to train and evaluate robotic systems in live operating environments.

How The $20 Million Framework Is Structured
The definitive agreement, executed through Wetour's wholly owned Wetour Travel Tech LLC subsidiary, provides for US$500,000 in non-refundable committed fees for the planned initial Pennsylvania deployment. Each additional site requires a separate written Site Authorization, which triggers deployment milestone fees and recurring service fees. If all up to 20 sites are authorized and completed over the 24-month window, aggregate fees may reach US$20.0 million. Either party may terminate uncompleted portions of the rollout on five days' notice.
Orchestra, Conductor And VisionLink
Wetour is building Orchestra as a Physical AI platform that connects intelligent agents to the physical world through wearable sensors, edge AI computing and connected machines. Conductor, its wrist-worn neuromuscular interface, decodes muscle signals into real-time 3D hand digital twins and gesture-to-text commands, while VisionLink adds computer-vision context on top. The company recently demonstrated Conductor against Meta's open emg2pose dataset to advance human-machine interaction for future physical-world models.
Context: A Busy Week For Wearable Robotics
The Orchestra deal caps a week of momentum for Wetour, which is also evaluating Qualcomm Dragonwing technologies for industrial and embedded IoT applications after joining the Qualcomm Partner Network. It also lands as warehouse operators pour capital into automation, with peers like Exol and GreyOrange and Cytronic locking in orchestration contracts, and Comau closing its Invent acquisition to bulk up on AI warehouse tools.
