Doosan Robotics unveils PalletizHD+ AI palletizing platform

Doosan Robotics used Automate 2026 in Chicago to step beyond collaborative-robot hardware, unveiling PalletizHD+, an AI-powered palletizing platform designed to strip the complexity out of one of the most common automation tasks on the factory floor.

One integrated environment

Built on PalletizOS, Doosan Robotics' proprietary palletizing operating system, PalletizHD+ brings the robot, AI and application controls together in a single environment. The company says the unified approach makes palletizing faster, smarter and easier for manufacturers to deploy and operate, lowering the barrier for first-time automation buyers.

Speed driven by SwiftMove

A headline feature is throughput: the platform can process up to 11 boxes per minute and handle multiple boxes simultaneously. That performance is supported by SwiftMove, an AI-based motion-optimization technology that analyzes the robot's travel paths before operation and tunes its motion for faster, more stable cycles. By improving both speed and stability, Doosan says PalletizHD+ shortens the payback period on automation investments.

Part of a broader AI push

"From palletizing and sanding to welding and end-of-line automation, we are applying AI to real industrial environments to help customers achieve measurable improvements," said Kevin Kim, CEO of Doosan Robotics. The launch dovetails with the company's physical-AI expansion with NVIDIA and joins a wave of factory-floor releases at the show, including ABB's physical-AI toolchain and Kawasaki's 8-axis physical-AI robot.
