TechForce Robotics, the AI-enhanced robotics arm of Nightfood Holdings (OTCQB: NGTF), has signed a strategic letter of intent with Singapore-based NBR Intelligence to evaluate and pursue a multi-site factory automation and robotic deployment program targeting up to 5,000 robotic systems.
What the framework covers
Under the LOI, effective 10 August 2026, TechForce and NBR will assess selected factory workflows, develop site-specific automation plans, and integrate TechForce's AI-enhanced robots with NBR's MIDAS industrial intelligence platform, which is already live on real factory floors, beginning with garment and leather-goods manufacturing. The stated aim is to automate up to 30% of mutually identified automatable workflows at each participating site.
Pilot-first rollout
The proposed first phase is five pilot systems across prospective participating sites, with aggregate pilot pricing estimated at $250,000 to $350,000 including implementation services. Each pilot targets 120 days to become operational and 30 days of evaluation against availability, task-completion, throughput, accuracy and safety criteria.
Scaling toward 5,000 units
Following successful pilot acceptance, the plan contemplates an initial scaled deployment of 100 cumulative systems, followed by a rollout of roughly 500 additional systems per month until the aggregate program quantity is reached. The robotics mix is expected to include 4-to-6-axis robotic arms alongside TechForce's LIM-E and Kebb-i platforms, packaged under a Robotics-as-a-Service structure with a 24-month term and an option to purchase.
Not a purchase order — yet
Both companies were careful to note the commercial terms are nonbinding: quantities, pricing and schedule are planning estimates rather than contracted revenue. Participating site operators — not NBR — would sign the individual purchasing agreements with TechForce and cover deposits, system fees and implementation costs.
