TechForce Robotics, the operating brand of Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NGTF), has unveiled a coordination layer designed to knit together the increasingly crowded family of robots showing up on enterprise floors. Announced on July 24, 2026, the Los Angeles-based company's Robotic Connective Network (RCN) lets autonomous robots, artificial intelligence, sensors and operational software from different manufacturers exchange information and hand off tasks in real time.

Solving the multi-robot fragmentation problem

Most robots today are deployed for a narrow job and locked inside a manufacturer-specific ecosystem, forcing humans to bridge workflows. RCN is designed to sit above those silos as an intelligent coordination layer: an event detected by one connected system can trigger an action by another. In a hotel, mall or hospital, a smart waste bin nearing capacity could dispatch a TIM-E service robot to empty it; if that robot spots debris on its route, another compatible cleaner robot can be pulled in through the network without a human ticket.

Where RCN is aimed first

The platform is being pitched at hotels, malls, conference centers, hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturing floors — the same high-volume, multi-shift environments TechForce already deploys hardware into. In pharma, an authorized operator using natural-language commands with a Kebb-AI system could route requests through RCN to a PUR-E robot to initiate the next authorized activity, subject to system controls.

Air-gapped or U.S.-cloud, no data resale

Organizations can deploy RCN via air-gapped on-prem configurations, local networks or secure U.S.-based cloud, and TechForce says it does not sell customer operational data to third parties. Depending on the deployment, the platform supports AI-enabled camera systems, LLMs, VLMs, ALMs and Multimodal LLMs alongside robotic fleet coordination, workflow intelligence and process observation.

Sold as a service

RCN will be delivered through TechForce's Robotics-as-a-Service Provider (RaaSP) model, bundling robotic hardware, software updates, facility mapping, deployment, onboarding, training and U.S.-based support in a single subscription. It builds on the company's earlier moves into industrial automation, including its JJ Enterprise semiconductor and pharma alliance and the LIM-E deployment at Oncotelic.

Why it matters

Enterprises are getting comfortable buying more than one kind of robot but not with wiring them together. Coordination layers such as RCN — alongside NVIDIA Cosmos 3 Edge and rival “physical-AI OS” pitches — are the software slice that determines whether next-year's warehouse robot fleets act like a team or like a jam.
