D-Robotics arrived at IFA Berlin 2026 on September 4 with a fresh pitch: it wants to be the computing platform inside the next generation of home robots. Several of the show's most-hyped home devices, including TCL's hey AiMe family companion robot, Vbot's SuperDog household quadruped and the xLean TR1 floor-washing robot, all run on D-Robotics' Sunrise intelligent-computing chips.
An embodied AI chip line from 5 to 560 TOPS
D-Robotics' Sunrise SoC portfolio and RDK developer kits span 5 to 560 TOPS at INT8, covering humanoids, quadrupeds, home service and companion robots, and logistics AMRs. The flagship Sunrise 5 chip anchors the RDK X5 (10 TOPS) and a forthcoming RDK Ultra at 96 TOPS, giving developers a common software stack across form factors.
The IFA lineup
TCL positioned hey AiMe as the world's first family companion-education robot, combining guided-play learning with autonomous navigation, expressive 10-DoF movement and over 20 sensors. Vbot's SuperDog targets household quadruped use cases, and xLean's TR1 floor washer highlights the platform's reach into everyday cleaning robots. Together they extend D-Robotics' developer footprint of more than 100,000 developers across 20+ countries and 500+ universities.
Customer roster expands
Beyond IFA, D-Robotics counts TCL, Midea, Positec (WORX) and Mammotion among global brands using its silicon, alongside robotics innovators UBTech, Fourier Intelligence, LimX Dynamics, Booster Robotics, Astribot, AgileX Robotics, Elephant Robotics, Enabot and RoboParty.
IFA humanoids on the runway
The Sunrise showcase lands as Berlin's IFA hall fills with humanoid metal, from the Unitree, AgiBot and EngineAI runway walk to Xiaomi's CyberOne debut and LG's ThinQ CLAW agent and CLOiD robot. AMD's Era of Personal AI keynote opened the show on the same day.
