Tel Aviv medical-imaging startup UltraSight raised a $24 million Series B2 on 23 September 2026 to grow its footprint in US hospitals. The round pushes total funding above $37 million and is led by the Alive HealthTech Growth Fund.
Real-time AI guidance for cardiac ultrasound
UltraSight's software, cleared by the FDA in 2023 for use with Philips Lumify handheld probes, uses deep geometric learning to interpret probe position in real time. It coaches clinicians without sonography training through the ten standard views of two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography, letting nurses and emergency staff capture diagnostic-quality cardiac images at the point of care. The system is already installed in more than ten intensive-care settings.
Investor lineup
Alongside Alive HealthTech Growth Fund, the round drew Deep Insight, Star51 Capital, Connecticut Innovations, Mayo Clinic Ventures, NYU and Iron Nation. UltraSight, led by chief executive Davidi Vortman, will use proceeds to grow its US commercial team out of a Cambridge, Massachusetts office and to accelerate partnerships with health systems facing shortages of cardiac sonographers.
Context
The round follows a wave of AI-diagnostic capital, including Medtronic's Hugo LigaSure clearance, AVAVA's $45M for laser aesthetics, and Angle Health's $600M Series C.
